I’m usually a bit suspicious when places go on about their “vibe” or whatever, because it can sound like polished company nonsense. But this place actually did feel cosy inside. Nice buzz, relaxed atmosphere, and I felt comfortable just hanging out there.

Ordering was a bit fiddly at first, but it worked in the end, so I can’t complain too much

I tried the vegan pie it was really good, proper tasty, filling, and didn’t feel like an afterthought like some vegan options do. I’m always a bit wary of dealing with customer service if something goes wrong, so I was glad the order was straightforward and the food lived up to it...

I was expecting a better balance, but mine ended up being mostly pastry with just a little bit of filling. The pastry itself was okay, but for my taste, the filling is the main reason I buy these, so it felt a bit disappointing.

The pies were fine and tasted good, so I guess that’s the main thing, but the box arrived dented and one of them was a little squashed. It wasn’t a huge deal or anything, though I kind of expected them to hold up better in delivery since they’re pies and should be packed for that

I’d heard mixed things about this pie, so I wasn’t expecting it to blow me away, and it pretty much confirmed that for me. The filling was nice enough and tasted decent, but the pastry was a little dry. Not a bad pie at all, just felt like it could’ve had more flavour.

The pies were actually really nice, no complaints there. But the delivery showed up late again, and the tracking was basically useless. Bit of a shambles, honestly.

I do like Pieminister and the pies are genuinely good, but trying to work out the dietary and allergen info can be a bit of a faff. They’ve got information online, which is a start, but when you’ve got an actual allergy rather than just a preference, it doesn’t always feel clear enough. It’s a bit like the goalposts keep moving — you find one bit of info, then feel like you need to double-check somewhere else before you can actually order with confidence. The vegan and veggie choices are decent, to be fair, but I’d feel a lot better if the allergen details were easier to read and more straightforward upfront.

Customer service was alright. They did get back to me eventually, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Not a terrible experience, just kind of slow. Anyway.

The staff were nice, like they smiled and were friendly enough, which I appreciated. The service was just... a bit slow, I guess. Nothing terrible happened or anything, it just felt average overall. Not bad, but not super memorable either...

I ordered from Pieminister and, the pastry really stood out for me. It was crisp on the outside but still soft enough inside, not dry or crumbly like some pies can be. It held together nicely too, even with plenty of filling packed in. Had a fresh, buttery taste that made the whole pie feel properly satisfying. For me, that’s what makes a good pie, and I’d definitely order again.

Popped in on my lunch break expecting it to be a whole ordeal because the queue looked a bit worrying at first. Weirdly though, it moved really fast, almost too fast because I was still deciding what I wanted. The staff seemed calm and on top of things, even though the place had that busy lunchtime chaos going on.
The food came out hot after a short wait, which I really appreciated since I didn’t have loads of time. I usually don’t love feeling rushed when I’m eating, but in this case I was glad they got everything out quickly. Didn’t feel like I was stuck waiting around, so honestly, 5 stars from me

I ordered from Pieminister and, to be fair, the delivery arrived on time, so I thought everything was fine at first.

Then we opened the bag and realised one pie was missing and another was completely different from what I’d actually ordered. It’s especially annoying when you’re ordering for a few people and everyone picked their own, and then you’re stuck trying to fix it through some automated system that clearly doesn’t understand the problem.

The food we did get was decent enough, but the whole thing was frustrating and took the shine off the meal. I’d maybe give them another try, but they really need to check orders properly before sending them out.

The pies looked great on the plate—really neat and nicely presented. I can’t say too much beyond that since I didn’t try a huge selection, but they definitely made a good first impression.

Whenever I fancy a pie, I don’t really overthink it anymore, I just go with these because they always turn out properly good. Nice and reliable every time

I’ve ordered from Pieminister a few times now and, like before, the pies have always been really tasty and usually turn up in good condition. The only downside this time was that a few of the flavours I wanted were out of stock, which was a bit disappointing. Still happy overall though, and I’d definitely order again

It was nice enough overall, but the filling tasted a bit bland to me. I’d say it was around okay, just nothing too exciting.

Checkout was quick and easy overall. The page did load a little slow for me, but nothing too annoying tbh. Still got through it without any real hassel.

I was a bit frustrated with this one. The oven timings weren’t very clear, and I kept second-guessing whether I was doing it right. In the end, the pie came out soggy, which was disappointing because I was actually looking forward to it. I feel like clearer instructions would’ve made a big difference.

There seemed to be loads of pies on the menu, not just the standard ones you’d expect. I was actually a bit surprised to spot some veggie options too, which was nice. I think I’d probably go back again.
